PHARMACIST / ASSISTANT PHARMACIST
1) Prescription Processing:
1.1) Receiving and reviewing prescription orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
1.2 ) Inputting prescription information into the pharmacy's computer system ( Dr Assist)
1.3) Maintaining patient profiles and prescription records.
2 ) Medication Dispensing:
2.1) Counting and packaging prescription ( Preparation ) medications accurately.
2.2) Labeling prescription with relevant information, including dosage instructions and safety warnings.
2.3) Preparing unit dose packaging or blister packs for patients with complex medication regimens.
3) Inventory Management:
3.1 ) Managing and organizing the pharmacy's inventory of medications and supplies.
3.2) Monitoring stock levels and notifying the pharmacist when reordering is necessary.
3.3) Rotating stock to ensure the oldest medications are dispensed first.
3.4) Weekly stock monitoring at main and satellite pharmacy
3.5) Monthly stock count - Main and satellite pharmacy - to submit report by 4 of every month
4) Medication Purchasing & Goods received note
4.1) Assist in weekly medication purchasing follow the protocol
4.2) Assist to check stock level before placing the orders
4.3) To follow up on the payment and order status
4.4) To do data entry in system
5) Daily medication management
5.1)To do daily stock monitoring at main & Satellite pharmacy
5.2) After hours medication replacement monitoring and stock analysis
5.3) Stock Transfer ( Physical and System)
5.4) Daily medication dispensing record
6) Clinical Administrative Duties:
l Performing administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
l Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
l Ensure efficient workflow & high quality customer service
l Assist in managing patients appointment
l Assist healthcare staff with clinic operational
7) Compliance and Safety:
l Adhering to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies.
l Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
l Reporting any medication errors or safety concerns to the pharmacist.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
