  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll do

  • Execute electrical & equipment disturbance solving, in order to reduce the failure consequences.
  • Take initiative and participate actively in electrical & machinery disturbance analysis, in order to identify the root causes and suitable permanent solutions.
  • Create improvement proposals and execute tasks resulting from improvement proposals.
  • Execution of administrative tasks in function of work-handling and feedback.
  • Support in giving training for operator maintenance
  • Responsible for applying her/his maintenance (floor) experience – competence.
  • Responsible for the timely and qualitative execution of the maintenance tasks.
  • Responsible for active participation in disturbance analysis.
  • Responsible for correct reporting, administration and documentation
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance document creation and update in relation to new electrical installation, equipment introduction, process changes, part changes, new requirement & specification.
  • To ensure that the standard maintenance procedure and process are implemented.
  • To communicate with other team effectively & to liaise with supplier for any issue pertaining area responsibility.
  • Liaise with vendor, contractor, supplier, and consultant. Manage & supervise outsourced contractors in building maintenance, utilities management & asset management.
  • Support Engineer to prepare documents pertaining tender (if any), request for quotation (RFQ) and renewal of service contract exercise, evaluates and makes recommendations accordingly.
  • Responsible for electrical installation & equipment buy-off inspection and liaise with vendors during installation, trial run and commissioning.
  • Undertake other relevant task as may be directed by superior from time to time.

Competence and Qualification Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical Engineering with PW4 are preferable.
  • Working experience in manufacturing environment especially in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good technical knowledge on electrical installation, firefighting systems, mechanical and maintenance engineering.
  • Strong in problem solving and analytical.
  • PC Literate: Microsoft office, CAD, CMMS system and ability to learn other custom-made software's.
  • Welding and fabrications.
  • Knowledge in lean manufacturing system will be an added advantage.
  • Work independently, take responsibility and be proactive
