  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Generate detailed Shop drawings for construction/Installation work. Familiar with M&E Design based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Preparation of Combined Services Drawing and Structural Drawings for M&E scope of works for coordination with other parties.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) to create accurate Coordinated Drawing, for technical review and submission.
  • Ability to understand construction drawings issued by Clients and Consultants, and extract important information from the drawings for coordination.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Senior associates to interpret design concepts and develop feasible solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address design modifications and resolve technical issues.
  • Complete all assigned projects on or well before deadlines.
  • Experience in mega project is added advantages.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction/interior design/architecture industry
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture or equivalent
  • Must be well versed in AutoCAD, MS Office and all related software to produce a complete drawing
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawing
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good in interpretation, communication, interpersonal skills and must be able to handle multiple tasks @ projects as assigned by Superior and Management
