  2. Brand Management: Take the helm in establishing and upholding the Sparks Education brand in Malaysia. Ensure coherence in messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all marketing avenues.
  3. Market Expansion: Pinpoint key demographics and locales for outlet expansion. Conduct thorough market research and devise savvy market entry strategies to propel outlet growth and market infiltration.
  4. Team Building: Build, train, and mentor a top-notch marketing team primed to support Sparks Education's expansion in Malaysia. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
  5. Digital Marketing: Direct digital marketing initiatives, spanning website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns. Your aim? To boost online visibility, drive web traffic, and generate leads.
  6. Content Creation: Craft engaging, informative content across various channels: think blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Educate and captivate our target audience.
  7. Campaign Management: Strategize and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to stir up excitement, drive foot traffic to our education centers, and bolster student acquisition and retention.
  8. Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with influencers, brands, and organizations. Enhance brand visibility, tap into new audiences, and fuel business growth.
  9. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, such as website analytics, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to fine-tune marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:
