  • Manage the boutique’s budget, including sales, expenses, and profit margins
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, and propose innovative strategies to attract customers.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to promote the boutique and engage with customers.

Requirements:

  • Preferred background in luxury fashion, hospitality, beauty, or niche fragrances.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a retail store team.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
