Requirements:
- Preferred background in luxury fashion, hospitality, beauty, or niche fragrances.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a retail store team.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
