Role Purpose:

Support customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services as well as troubleshoot if any issues arise. Managing incoming live chats and customer service inquiries via email and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

You will be expected to work 9am - 6pm during weekdays and off on weekends as well as Public Holidays.

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data such as demographics, behavior and preferences. This can help in identifying trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Segmentize the customer base into distinct groups based on the customer data and helps in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer communication strategies, including email marketing and other communication channels.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, product development, data team to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Generating regular reports on customer lifecycle management activities and presenting findings and recommendations to the team or management.
  • Assisting in A/B testing and optimization of customer interactions and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Document best practices and processes related to customer lifecycle management and recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, e-Commerce, Management Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 6 months of internship period and can join us on October 1/October15
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this role.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is important when dealing with customer data and communications.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle stages is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
