        • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when assigned
        • Developing, Monitor and ensure SOP is been followed and enhanced accordingly
        • Monitor the service delivery quality to ensure we deliver the highest level of customer

          service experience

          • Review programs with a view to continual improvement of training programs that is in line

            with the industry needs

            • Plans, organizes and controls the internal administration of an organisation and participates

              in formulating the administrative and human resource policies of the organisation.

              • Devises procedure for ensuring the adequacy of information and communication channels

                within the company and initiates studies of the organisation, including work methods.

                • Ensure that the Malaysia legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and

                  furnishes statements on these subjects as required,

                  • Negotiates and deals with suppliers of business services such as office supplies.
                  • General Office Management, management of Administration Staff and finance
                  • Monitoring office budget, and keep track of expenses record
                  • Preparing utilities and payroll checks and government reports
  • Enjoy working independently with KPI and timeline
  • Good in interpersonal skills

  • Monthly salary: Up to RM 8000
