- Handling daily tasks and provides professional secretarial assistance to the Director
- Provide support on general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive operational and administrative to Director and support in a resourceful and proactive manner
- Arrange and synchronize Director's appointments, screening incoming calls and emails while assist in handling expenses claims
- Monitoring and respond on behalf of Director for emails, invitations and draft correspondences on behalf of Director
- Act as primary liaison to Director with various parties e.g. government authorities, lawyers, bankers, contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Prepare and distribute minutes, coordinate meetings, follow up on project matters and assist in the preparation of any materials required for meetings
- Maintain effective filing of documentation, records, minutes, notes and all correspondence in a quick and organized manner
- Organize company's events e.g. dining, ceremony, project launching, press/media conference, etc.
- Follow up on the progress status with the project team from time to time
- Follow up on the project issues and matters arise on project sites
- Provide administrative supports to the Director and undertake ad-hoc task assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Secretarial or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate secretarial role is required for this position
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent time management skill
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
