Job Description:

  • To provide secretarial/office administrative support in the day-to-day running of a department.
  • To organize and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • To maintain proper records/filing of correspondences and documents which include but not limited to mails, fax distribution, draft documents & agreements and etc.
  • To prepare dispatch forms, consignment notes, etc. for delivery of letters/documents by way of homedelivery, post or courier.
  • To assist with invoices and claims submission.
  • To print and file correspondence, arranging for sending or receipt of correspondence, e-filing, entering diary for case management and hearings and fairing litigation documents prepared by lawyers i.e. pleadings, notice of applications, affidavits, submissions, bundles of documents/authorities etc.
  • To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial, Bachelor
  • Degree in Language and Linguistic or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
