Job Description:
- To provide secretarial/office administrative support in the day-to-day running of a department.
- To organize and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements.
- To maintain proper records/filing of correspondences and documents which include but not limited to mails, fax distribution, draft documents & agreements and etc.
- To prepare dispatch forms, consignment notes, etc. for delivery of letters/documents by way of homedelivery, post or courier.
- To assist with invoices and claims submission.
- To print and file correspondence, arranging for sending or receipt of correspondence, e-filing, entering diary for case management and hearings and fairing litigation documents prepared by lawyers i.e. pleadings, notice of applications, affidavits, submissions, bundles of documents/authorities etc.
- To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial, Bachelor
- Degree in Language and Linguistic or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
