Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the SEA and NEA markets, including market size, trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
  • Dealer Network Development: Manage a network of dealers in SEA and NEA to drive sales and market penetration.
  • Dealer Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to dealers and their staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and marketing.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor dealer performance, set sales targets, and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and industry partners.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the outdoor power equipment industry or a similar technical field
  • Willingness to travel extensively within SEA and NEA
