As we continue to expand, we're seeking highly driven and creative Growth Managers to lead our performance marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, conversions, and scaling our growth initiatives.

About the Role{{:}}
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads. You'll drive creative and performance strategies that enhance user engagement, increase traffic, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for managing funnels, executing content and ad strategies, and improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and CRO testing.

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google, Youtube and other relevant platforms
  • Day-to-day management and optimize ROAS for Meta ads
  • Setup, review and optimize ad performance daily and advise the content and creative teams to maximize content strategy.
  • Create and execute content strategies for creative content briefs and audience expansion
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for creative content, landing pages, and workflows, ensuring continual optimization for CRO
  • Analyze Google Analytics 4 data to improve growth strategies and funnel optimizations
  • Perform keyword research and maintain the balance of formats and content types to drive scalable results within tight timeframes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with funnel objectives and broader marketing goals
  • Innovate new ideas to improve processes and test strategies for scaling initiatives efficiently
  • Track weekly and monthly channel performance and prepare data reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing with multi-channel expertise (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and Google Analytics
  • Expertise in funnel management, A/B testing, CRO, and scaling performance marketing strategies
  • Proven track record in executing successful campaigns focused on conversions, traffic growth, and audience engagement
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize accordingly
  • Experience working in D2C or e-commerce environments is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
