Manager / Assistant Manager, Talent Development (Learning & Development)

  • Lead and manage the organisation’s Corporate Talent Development profile and landscape.
  • Observe company’s priorities and business strategies to develop Talent Development framework with development initiatives that addresses the needs.
  • Assess the employees and identify areas in which performance can be improved.
  • Create learning framework for the corporate employees.
  • Gather and review relevant information about employee performance, and competency gaps.
  • Support OD on the development and roll out of the Leadership pipeline within multiple levels of employees within the organisation.
  • Support OD on the development Management Development structure.
  • Support OD on the development of Career Pathway for corporate employees.
  • Design and conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
  • Design, prepare training materials and conduct development programmes or training.
  • Coordinate training programs including scheduling, venue booking and set-up, handling payment and HRD Corp grant and claim submissions, and training registration.
  • Keep abreast with Learning trends in the market.
  • Perform any other tasks and assignments as and when needed.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Learning and development methodologies and concepts.
  • Extensive experience in Learning facilitation.
  • Experience in Retail and Fashion is an added advantage.
  • Strategic Thinking and great foresight.
  • Possess excellent organisation and co-ordination skills with a high level of commitment and confidence.
  • Outspoken personality, confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative and yet organised.
  • Has eye for details and good listening skills.
  • Has great passion in continuous improvement.
