What does a Project Executive Intern do at Hogarth?

You will be handling client-facing duties, account management responsibilities, assist in project management processes to deliver projects effectively.

  • Assist in managing projects by working closely with creative team, studio, AV or vendors
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet briefs/expectations
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks
  • Prepare project status reports and updates for external and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to both account management and project management functions as needed
  • Be a part of a dynamic team and learn how to deliver campaigns for major brands
  • Gain valuable insights and understanding of the processes involved with real live projects and mentorship from experienced leaders

Who are we looking for:

  • Possesses great interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with different stakeholders
  • Someone who loves to problem solve with creative and critical thinking
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree and is keen in the advertising space
  • Able to commence in August/September ( 3 or 6 months internship period)
