- Assist the brand manager in the daily management of your DTC brand across all dimensions for the offline channel, including operations, marketing, channel/geographic expansion, and new product development
- Perform research on category / consumer trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic direction
- Strategize key offline partnership and commercial negotiation with retail partners
- Analyse and strategize campaign and promotional mechanic to grow the offline channel
- Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations
- Understand your customer and manage customer operations on various digital channels
- 1+ years of relevant experience in brand management, trading marketing, or other related offline consumer roles
- Concise and clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
- Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
