  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Plots out and computes Asset Requirements across all SPX operations, including First Mile Hubs, Sortation Centres and Last Mile Hubs to ensure operations have sufficient assets to run smoothly.
  • Computes consumables required for operations to be replenished monthly.
  • Build business case justifications for different asset requests, including new hub/soc openings, new processes to be implemented.
  • Cost optimization for assets & consumable purchases.
  • Qualitative assessment towards specs and quality of asset required for operations and request for purchase accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory and asset management or similar capacity.
  • Prior engagement in operations planning, data analysis, cost saving, budgeting, data management would be an added advantage.
  • Has an eye for detail and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portray the ability to manage complex issues, solutions oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment across cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Working location: Pulau Indah, Westport
