  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Prepare tender documents, specifications, contracts, quantity take off, bills of quantities, budgets and other documentation as needed; obtain approvals prior to submission of tenders and contracts awards.
  • Analyze tender submissions from contractors to identify the most competitive bids.
  • Ensure that tender documents are clear, concise, and compliant with contract requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing data, and historical records to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Review and prepare contracts/agreements and coordinate for award of sub-contractor work and ensure return of duly signed Sub-Contractors’ Agreements, Contracts or Work Orders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs & request statement, information collection & confirmation.
  • To ensure that take off quantities are measured accurately and according to company benchmark requirements.
  • To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

  • Fresh Grad/Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Own transportation, Able to travel around.
  • Work based at office with occasional construction site visits.
  • Well verse with computer, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
