Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service and Admin Executive at Heguru Malaysia. The role entails providing exceptional customer support, managing customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing customer service operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support abilities
  • Experience in managing Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Customer Service Management expertise
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in education or child development is a plus
