Our client is a leading retailer company and currently looking for Supply Chain Manager who is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including vendor management, logistics, and inventory control.
Job Description
- Build and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to stores and customers.
- Handle shipping issues and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Manage procurement and inventory, ensuring accuracy and conducting stock counts.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Manage supply chain budget and implement cost-saving measures.
- Leverage technology to optimize supply chain operations and reporting.
- Develop risk management strategies to prevent disruptions.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Strong knowledge of business processes and relevant technologies.
- Team player with collaborative experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and support teams.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to local and overseas warehouses.
- Open to handling additional tasks as needed by management.
