  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support marketing initiatives, including brand planning, media planning, and promotional activities.
    • Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability and return on investment of marketing programs.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand business objectives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
    • Advise on the financial implications of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Analyze financial performance and identify trends and variances.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the organization.
