We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior B2C Marketing Executive to join our influencer marketing platform. This role will focus on driving user acquisition, enhancing user engagement, and managing our communities of influencers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C marketing and a passion for influencer marketing and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract new users to our platform, leveraging digital channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • User Engagement: Create and implement strategies to boost user engagement and retention, ensuring a vibrant and active user community.
  • Community Management: Manage and grow our influencer communities, fostering a supportive and engaged environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Managing Social Media: Oversee and manage our social media presence across various platforms, creating and curating content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Proven track record in user acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
