If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Agency Planning & Performance. This role is to support Agency business by defining, providing data Information and analysis for business strategies, challenges, growth or to advance a company’s sales efforts.

The Role:

  • Work closely with Senior Management Team on business reviews and periodic reports to shore up for any future development strategies and opportunities.
  • Monitor sales trends based on company’s strategy; conduct root cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Executes performance analytics and planning activities such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.
  • Supports business strategies by providing proactive and best estimate output based on data information and analysis.
  • Produces assigned reports (adhoc or recurring) and analysis request based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and agreed turn-around-time
  • Conducts post contest related reviews and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Produces assigned reports and analysis request based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and agreed turnaround time.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

The Person:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the capacity of performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Points.
  • Analytical thinking, numerical sensitive, detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Ability to translate data into insights.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all level.
  • Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
