The Job

The Investor Relations Assistant Manager / Manager will be involved in the investor relations and fundraising activities across the platform including private equity, private debt and any other initiatives we are working on. IR day to day main roles & responsibilities:

  • Providing bespoke investor relation services for LPs (and their advisors / administrators)
  • Responding to LP requests in a timely, informative, and supportive manner
  • Managing LP’s and Consultants databases
  • Managing and tracking communications with existing and prospective LPs
  • Manage GP / LP reporting processes
  • Issuing of LP communications (drawdown notice; cash distribution; reinvestment; AGM invitation; capital account statement; quarterly reports; etc) and maintenance of LP Portals of distributed communications
  • Preparation and management of marketing or update materials as well as any bespoke investor requests
  • Preparation of due diligence requests
  • Organisation of meetings including preparation of LP briefing notes to be circulated to the team members prior to any meetings held
  • Organize and manage LP events annually in Asia, Europe and USA (where / when applicable)
  • Maintenance of Investor Relations database (including LP ownership transfer; LP wire updates; LP contacts; etc): Relevant Equity Works, e-Front, LP Portals, and CRM applications
  • Ensure Navis IR functions are in compliance with the Navis IR P&P process (i.e. governance of IR day-to-day activities with LPs/potential LPs/etc.)
  • Work in coordination with the various HOD and team members to produce the quarterly LP reports

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable university
  • 3-7 years experience in Investor Relations
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Advance knowledge is MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
