Role Description

This is a Business Development Executive role at Sehat Jobs. You will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, maintaining client relationships, and effective communication to drive business growth. This is a hybrid role with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Role:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in Malaysia and globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client base.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior business development or sales experience (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Fresh graduates can also apply

Salary range: RM2500 - RM3500
