Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for promoting and selling our small pack, passenger vehicle lubricants through actively prospecting and securing new accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions and recommend strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability
  • Work with distributor business advisors and distributors to develop an effective sales strategy and marketing offers which focus on small pack, passenger vehicle key channels.
  • Collaborate with distributors to monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock and address any supply issues or stockouts promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per agreed terms and work with the finance department to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Key focus on Sales Pipeline Management and Market Intelligence.
  • Develop and achieve high customer & dealer satisfaction through value-added services and customer relationship management

Requirements:

  • Preferably degree in Engineering / Business / Economics
  • Preferably 3 years’ experience in lubricant sales or sales related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fresh Graduates with outstanding good academic results are also encouraged to apply
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport
  • Willing to be based throughout Peninsula Malaysia
  • Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.
