Officer - Production

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit production and raw material reports on time.
• Ensure adequate manpower allocation for each shift to maintain operational efficiency.
• Supervise the production lines to ensure they run smoothly and adhere to established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• In the event of a machinery breakdown, promptly report to the superior and manage the situation to minimize rejection rates while maintaining product specifications.
• Establish and implement cleaning schedules for maintenance days to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Ensure that production checklists are accurately completed by operators and leaders.
• Ensure that all workers adhere to hygiene and attire guidelines as per company standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of the production line and promptly report any abnormalities to the Engineering department.
• Assist superiors with additional tasks, including monthly stock-taking and the preparation of production summary reports.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Production Executive.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent. Experience in Food Manufacturing would be an added advantage.
• Experienced in GMP, and Halal and possess Food Safety knowledge.
• Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills towards superiors and subordinates.
• Responsive, physically fit, and able to adapt to work environments.
• Able to work on shifts including during weekends or public holidays.
• Team Player: Demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a team.
