  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

As a Senior Manager of Technology Assurance, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of technology systems and processes. You will need to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, leverage data analytics tools, and possess strong audit and risk advisory skills to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the Digital Bank's technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop risk-based planning for technology audit assignments.
  • Define scope and work program for the technology audit assignments based on the approved Audit Plan.
  • Execute the assurance initiative, focusing on technology control design and operating effectiveness.
  • Document and issue Audit Report on the technology audits carried out and perform tracking of the findings highlighted until closure
  • Support the Head of Technology Assurance in auditing processes and administrative tasks assigned.
  • Review of technology includes:
  • Business application system
  • IT infrastructure / cloud and services
  • IT operations and processes
  • IT governance
  • Cybersecurity
  • Third party / vendor management
  • Regulatory / mandatory / ad-hoc reviews
  • Post-implementation review (PIR)

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in IT or relevant fields, and in possession of relevant professional qualifications fulfilling the regulatory requirements (if any).
  • Professional Qualification in Technology / Information System Internal Audit such as CISA, ISMS 27001 Lead Auditor, etc.
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in technology auditing, risk and controls.
  • Possess good people managing skills to manage team members as well as engaging auditees / stakeholders during audit assignments.
  • Possess good knowledge / exposure to relevant guidelines and standards applicable to Financial Institutions and technology areas such as RMIT, NIST, ISO27001, and COBIT.
  • Exposure to technology stacks such as GitHub, SonarQube,Visual Studio, intelliJ, Android Studio, xCode, nodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS, React Native, Java, Spring Boot, Utilities, Docker, Lens (Kubernetes IDE), DBeaver, Postman, is an advantage.
