Description:

As one of the leading Banks in Asia, our client is looking for Customer Service Professionals. We seek a motivated and friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats.
  • Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and banking regulations.
  • Promoting current promotions or packages to the call-in customers (when the chance arises)

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to RM3800 (Based on experience and education level)
  • Quarterly incentives - RM1800 max
  • Shift allowance RM350
  • Language allowance RM300 (Mandarin Speaker)
  • Other allowance: Transport allowance, Meal allowance, OT claims, etc

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • SPM and Diploma holders with call-centre experiences are encouraged to apply!
  • Mandarin will be an added advantage
