  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Speak, Read, Type)
• Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hour rotational shift, 9 Hours per shift, 6 Days per week (Rotational Off day)
• Earliest Shift starts from 7am - 4pm, Latest 10pm - 7am ; (Schedule will be given weekly/ monthly)
• Have no issue and start working on 16 October or 18 Novemeber 2024
• At least an SPM qualification, preferably a candidate with experience in the servicing line.
• Have no issue to be based at Johor Office, Nusajaya

[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]
• Deliver personalized service via various channels (i.e. calls, emails, chat, social media) related to the customer in an effective and efficient manner.
• Expected to consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction, solicit customers’ feedback, and identify trends for improvement actions.
• Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Be the voice of the customers.
• Suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the company or department.

[SALARY & BENEFITS:]
• Basic Salary: RM 1,900 - RM 2,100 (Subject to Interview Performance)
• Additional Allowances: KPI Allowance (Up to RM400) + Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM300) (Average take home salary RM 2,200 - RM 2,500++)
