Job Description
- Brand Collaboration:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and values.
- Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Oversee event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.

- Internal Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop marketing strategies and materials that support sales objectives.
- Provide tools and resources to aid in the effective promotion and selling of products or services.
- Campaign Creation:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement across various channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- International Support:
- Coordinate with international teams to support regional marketing needs and initiatives.
- Marketing Collateral Preparation:
- Create and manage marketing materials for new products, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production and distribution of collateral, including brochures, POSM, digital content, and promotional items.
- Public Relations Management:
- Manage relationships with PR agencies to enhance brand reputation and handle media inquiries.
- Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate brand messages.
- Product Launches:
- Lead the marketing strategy for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine launch plans and tactics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful brand marketing, event management, marketing campaign or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and willing to learn
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin languages.
