Job Description:

Generate Reports including, but not limited to, Data Load Workbooks for payroll inputs, billing, accruals, enrollment, cancellations, payroll validation, and updating PESH for request/claim status. Additionally, ensure updates are made in other Accenture tools.

Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors for payroll-related processes, participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and audits, conduct brown bag sessions, manage paper archiving, and oversee employee clearances.

Manage Tier 2 tickets/DHT, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Participate in weekly calls related to process updates, providing insights and feedback as necessary.

Support Intelligent Operations by updating key metrics such as efficiency, utilization, capacity utilization, system downtime, and FTE availability. Log ideas in Weataccenture.com and implement Operational Excellence tools where applicable.

Act as a focal point for other project initiatives, collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the Singapore government or other stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Fresh graduate are welcome
