About The Job
- Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan
- Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partners
- Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
- Conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience with proven track record in mall/retail leasing
