Requirements

  • Possess minimum SPM or Diploma in Procurement Management/Inventory/Business Administration or any related field
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Independent, good interpersonal and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Responsible to source, select and evaluate existing and new suppliers or vendors

  • Able to negotiate & evaluate of pricing, Term & Conditions, Purchase Order confirmation, Delivery Arrangement and Goods Receive.

Managing supplier relations and market trend.

  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure timeliness of information & data accuracy Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory requirement

Management & shipment arrangements through consolidator, duties taxes, and GRN process

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
