Responsibilities:

  • Assist the brand manager in the daily management of your DTC brand across all dimensions for the offline channel, including operations, marketing, channel / geographic expansion, and new product development
  • Perform research on category / consumer trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic direction
  • Strategize key offline partnership and commercial negotiation with retail partners
  • Analyse and strategize campaign and promotional mechanic to grow the offline channel
  • Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations
  • Understand your customer and manage customer operations on various digital channels

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in brand management, trading marketing, or other related offline consumer roles
  • Concise and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
  • Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
