Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer the entire bid process and the development of solution and proposals ensuring compliance with customer requirements, highlighting value proposition in delivering strategic approach to secure projects.
  • Responsible of the overall management of the GAS’ Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
  • Custodian of project database for GAS Business.
  • Execute and administer the development of project tender documents, in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders (if any), of suitable solutions that meet the clients’ technical and commercial requirements.
  • Obtain necessary endorsement from GAS Management, Risk Management Committee, and Board of Directors (BOD) on tender/bid submissions.
  • Coordinate post Invitation to Bid (ITB) activities including reviews, clarifications and negotiation process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders until Contract Award or ITB closure.
  • Execute and administer Pre-Qualification (Pre-Q) and market survey submissions ensuring alignment with the overall Commercial Contracting Strategy.
  • Build and manage database on all bid requests and proposal responses including clients’ profiles and information.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience in business development and/or marketing in the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of specific experience in tender management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
