Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable developer with regional projects. They are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their organisation.

About The Job

• Provide legal advice across the Group's businesses.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements, such as finance, insurance, licensing, employment, property sales, and supply contracts.
• Ensure advertising and marketing materials comply with legal requirements.
• Serve as the liaison for legal and contractual matters with government entities, bankers, customers, contractors, and external solicitors to ensure legal compliance and manage risks.
• Collaborate with other departments, providing counsel on various legal issues, actions taken, and assessing risks and exposures related to measures implemented by the Group.
  
  

About The Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
• At least 5 years of legal experience either in a law firm or in-house
• Must have experience in Land Law, HDA, and Strata Management Act
• Exposure in M&A and fund structures preferred
• Experienced in working with various government agencies and departments related to property development and construction
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
