  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

  • Provide support to the management in analyzing SDPMIT financial results to enable the management to make accurate and informed business decisions
  • To ensure company accounts are kept in an accurate manner and comply with the accounting standards so as to provide accurate financial data for business decisions
  • Manage the taxation, budgeting, other financial matters and internal control system of property development of SDPMIT companies in charged

Job Responsibilities

Financial

  • Responsible for monthly financial statement to be prepared accurately and on timely manner
  • Responsible for monthly GMC reporting
  • Review monthly reconciliations including timely clearance of reconciling items and general accounting processes

Taxation

  • Responsible for timely and accurate submission of corporate tax and indirect tax (including GST/ SST / etc)

Budget/ forecast

  • Responsible for reviewing the annual Budget Plan / forecast to be set as the measurement tool against current achievement to enhance quality of decision making

Audit

  • Liaise with auditor and responsible for reviewing of statutory accounts in accordance to MFRS

Feasibility study

  • Review feasibility study for SDPMIT companies to achieve profitable projects and meeting the targets
  • Continuous monitoring of overall financial feasibility of SDPMIT companies against approved feasibility

Treasury and cash flow

  • Review the SDPMIT companies cash flow projections during the annual budget preparation & ensure continuous monitoring & updates of cash flow projections
