Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Statutory Accountant at Baker Hughes in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Statutory Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day statutory accounting tasks, financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and working collaboratively with internal teams. The role involves managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Statutory accounting, financial reporting, and compliance skills
  • CPA/ACCA is a must
  • Must have 3-5 years of Exp in audits.
  • Experience in managing financial records and analyzing financial data
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software (Oracle) is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
