  • Assist Physician in procedures, prepare items and prep patient before doing treatment session.
  • Prepare prescribed medications, labeling, dispense and manage patient's payment.
  • Register patients, maintain patients clinical data and arrange appointments
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic and making sure daily clinic operations run smoothly
  • Account closing, update daily report and patient's census
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak in English.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
