Internal Audit Manager (Based in Phnom Penh)

Job Summary:

The Internal Audit Manager must prove high standards of professional and social ethics and must accept full responsibility as the in-charge experienced Internal Auditor for engagements of varying size and complexity to include, planning and coordinating the various phases of the field work, directing and reviewing the work of a number of assistants is assigned, and making decisions on all but the most unusual accounting and internal auditing matters. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibility:

• Prepare and administer an annual audit plan
• Plan and oversee audits of the PHG Group’s operations to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive system for recording all audit plans, work papers, findings, reports, and follow-up audits.
• Insure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan.
• Review audit work performed by staff for completion and accuracy.
• Prepare and complete detailed audit work for certain audits
• Conduct audit exit conferences. Draft and issue audit reports.
• Conduct special audits as required by management and issue results.
• Recommend revisions and/or additions to policies and procedures in order to improve operations as well as internal controls.
• Perform analysis or conduct projects as requested by the Head of Internal Audit
• Respond to ad hoc requests to address control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and provide consultative services to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Audit, Accounting or equivalent.
• Min 6 years’ experience in Internal Audit, preferable with diversify company portfolio internal audit skills and minor fraud cases.
• Candidate with prior working experience in China is a plus.
• Multicultural adopted with different nationality.
• Good communication skills and teams work spirits.
• Business Mandarin is a mandatory for this role.
• Candidate will be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
