- To be responsible for administering and executing activities related to the recruitment drive
- To take charge of managing end-to-end processes of recruitment, interview, and onboarding program.
- Talent management and performance management
- To work closely with internal departments in managing employee's performance,
- To create training and learning opportunities for employees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- To administer and provide guidance to supervisors in the performance management system
- Talent engagement and communication
- Taking the lead to create employee engagement and communication initiatives, and engaging various channels to enhance collaboration, innovation, and a sense of belonging and connectivity to the organization.
- Human Resources Administration
- To manage HR administration and HRIS system which includes payroll processes, and leave management
- To provide an update monthly HR-related reports to management and as and when required
- Diploma in Human Resources or Degree in Human Resource or relevant field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience as a human resource generalist.
- Good in writing and communication in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantageous)
- Good working knowledge of local labor legislation, human resources practices, and industrial relations
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result-oriented, and a team player.
- Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.
