DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Performs daily account opening and maintenance processing, including daily management of in-process, pending, and service-related activities.
  • Support customer onboarding and data maintenance and work closely with Business to contribute positively on the documentation, not limited to Account Opening, Maintenance, KYC.
  • Understands new customer requirements and ensures adequate support to new customer requirements and initiatives.
  • Perform Introducing Broker (IB) setting related and enquiries.
  • Perform sales profile maintenance.
  • Responsible for CRM account setting operations.
  • Respond to issues and enquiries promptly through emails and Microsoft Teams chats etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate issues with various departments, collect feedback, and put forward optimization plans and implement them.
  • Escalate to team leader upon detection of error and shortcomings in the existing processes.
  • Excel in daily tasks by keeping up to date on changes to processes/systems/campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least Degree in Finance/Banking, Business Administration, or any other related majors are preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Stockbroking / Securities Operations, Investment Banking, or Funds Services Operations are preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, attentive to details, compliance and control-oriented, diligent, and proactive.
  • Ability to conduct simulation & troubleshoot on the reported cases.
  • Experience in supporting client’s enquiries and technical problem in the financial services is an added advantage.
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin is a MUST as you will deal with CN counterparts.
  • Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement, including night shift.
