- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidates Screening
- Review resume and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct first screening interview to assess candidates‘skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
Interviewing & Selection
- Facilitate the interview process by preparing interview questions and participating in interview sessions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screening as required.
Others
- Participate in employer branding event, such as career fair, walk-in interview.
- To ensure submission is meeting the weekly KPI
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualifications in any field or equivalent
- Experience in mass recruitment/ HR related task will be advantage.
- Result-oriented
