              processes from ideation to launch.

              • Enable other departments to effectively convey the stories and value propositions of the

                products to the market, ensuring a unified brand experience.

                • Drive sales efforts across B2B, corporate, and incentive travel segments, both inbound and

                  outbound.

                  • Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance revenue generation and expand

                    market reach

                    • Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics to enhance brand loyalty

                      and retention.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in travel management, product management, development, and

    revenue generation, preferably in a leadership role.

    • In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound travel industry trends, regulations, and best

      practices.

      • Comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound travel industry trends and

        regulations.

        • Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written); proficiency in Bahasa is a plus.
        • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
        • Experience in contracting and procurement.
        • Experience in travel sales across various segments (B2B, corporate, incentive).
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is

          advantageous.

          • Familiarity with travel management software and tools; ability to effectively utilize travel

            system solutions.

            • Capable of providing product training to internal team and external business partners
            • Responsible to get USP price and product and deals
            • Responsible to achieve revenue target by delivering quality and quantity of product
