Job Description


  • To cooperate with Director of Business Development to expand our brand names and open outlets in new markets in Malaysia by driving business growth of our own outlets while leveraging on our existing infrastructure and capabilities.
  • You will have the opportunity to share your expert knowledge of potential markets with Director of Business Development, providing advice on business opportunities and strategies.
  • To analyze trends, perform market research, and evaluate environmental surveys.
  • Identify strategic locations for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target.
  • Take responsibility for all the leasing activities, including (New, Renewal and Termination) across Malaysia.
  • Responsible for overseeing ongoing and upcoming projects, tracking progress and contributing to accomplishing company goals.
  • Site inspection, closely monitor the ongoing site progress, ensure follow-up through execution to the opening of the store
  • Work closely with Interior Design & Project team, assisting in negotiating all the issues/ matters during the renovation with the landlord, developer, and landowner as a company key representative.
  • Assisting with the Tenancy Admin & General Affairs department, administering the utility’s application/business license application.
  • Assisting with the tenancy, payments, and related documents to ensure a proper handover.
  • The scope of work includes liaising with shopping mall leasing and potential licensees. As the bridge in the licensor-licensee relationship, you will foster strong and effective cooperation and communication as well as lead regular business reviews with licensees to increase operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring, executing, and managing the expansion, renewal, and termination of the licensor-licensee business relationship.
  • Prepare annual budgets and reports with a focus on responsible business expansion.
  • Review weekly catering reports with a summary of results to Director;
  • Attains food and beverage sales goals by executing marketing strategies and controlling costs.


Requirement:


  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to think independently and rationally.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A good planner and organizer
  • Able to work under pressure and effectively resolve complaints and issues.
  • Adaptable and creative with the ability to solve problems
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
  • Any experience within the F&B, FMCG and hospitality industries would be highly regarded, but it is not essential.
