  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering
  • At least 5-8 years of working experience on site, preferable with high- rise building construction
  • Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawings, work method, specifications, shop drawings and other works related documents
  • Able to maintain record , report and observed work progress
  • Familiar with common design requirement, good engineering practices
  • Working experience is design office is an advantage
  • Familiar with common construction materials
  • Familiar with JKKP, CIDB and local authority regulations and inspection procedures
  • Able to work extra working hours when necessary

Job Description

  • Conduct daily coordination; oversee inspection and monitoring contractor’s works
  • Maintain site daily /COW report
  • Check and report discrepancies between drawings and related documents prior to execution of works
  • Report non-compliances and monitor mitigation / remedial works
  • Oversee on site test, monitor/witness off site material testing
  • Liaison between consultants and contractors
  • Attend site meetings and other coordination meetings
  • Any other technical task given

Key Notes

  • You will be based on-site for the duration of the project until its completion.
  • Additionally, you may be required to travel to other sites if needed, based on management instructions.
  • Willingness to travel and effectively manage family commitments.
  • At least one year of relevant working experience (which can be considered as a minimum requirement).
  • Good Communication Skill

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
