Antipodean Coffee is a Kiwi owned and operated Cafe and Coffee Roasting company. The cafe business began in 2009 (Jakarta, Indonesia), the roasting business 2003 (Jakarta, Indonesia). We now have cafes in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Manila.
The cafe is based on the NZ cafe maxim of great food, great coffee, and a genuine, well-organized service experience in well-run cafes. We source and roast all our own coffee, currently roasting in Cianjur, Jakarta and CBD, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We source coffee from all over the Indonesian archipelago and were pioneers in the Indonesian Specialty cafe movement. We are looking at expanding in Asia over the next 2 years, including China, India, and Japan.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Johor Baharu at Antipodean Coffee. This restaurant is PORK FREE - and is the first restaurant under our “Antipodean Gold” brand
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards.
