Description of key duties/functions:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ courier.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating and faxing.
- To do checklist on pantry/stationeries stocks.
- To coordinating with the Building Management (DATS) for office maintenance or any requirements i.e. janitorial services, electrical & etc.
- To ensure reception area is tidy, organize, attractive, ensuring leaflets and posters display are up
to date.
Qualification, experience and other requirements:
- SPM/Diploma is required.
- At least 1 year working experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and appropriate software proficiency, good typing ability.
- Must possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical
actions.
- Should be skilful in Microsoft office package, telephone communication, listening etc.
- Excellent written and vocal communication is an important key competence
