  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat
  • Understand client’s issues and provide effectively and efficiency solution to the related issues (Platform Service, Booking, Ticket, Refund, and etc.)
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
  • Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

  • Fluent in Cantonese (Speak and Listen)
  • Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (read, written and typing)
  • Knowledge of English communication skill is required for this role
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (2 rotational offday)
  • Willing to work at 9am-12am rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per shift)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
  • Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft office)
  • Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site, reachable by LRT)
  • Preferrable to start working on 25 September 2024
    RM 3,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 Night Shift + Up to RM 390 KPI + RM 200 (Training Allowance)
