What would you do?

Server System Administration

• Participate in system validation exercise, inventory management on system hosted in cloud and on-premises data center for Elastic Compute Service (ECS) on Alibaba, Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, RabbitMQ & Apsara DB management (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Participate in system patching coordination and ensure systems are all patched on time based on vulnerability assessment.
• Participate in problem solving and work support

DevOps Processes

• Participate in requirement gathering and develop documentation for project pre-engagement related to deployment (ECS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, database) ensuring that requirement is properly documented, reviewed.
• Assist in the process to deploy new service/release in development, staging, and SIT environment.

IT Services & Documentation

• Assist on handling and documenting IT processes in TNG which include, assist in the standard document review and update, assist in report writing processes & assist in addressing audit related matters.

Who should join us?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Able to start by October 2024 with minimum 4 months internship period.
• Computing environment, both on-premises and cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Cloud Platform, Alibaba, Azure
• Networking: VPC, vSwitch , NAT Gateway, Load balancer, VPN, DNS, DHCP, WAF, network security policy
• Virtualization Technology: VMware, Kibernetes, Hyper-V
• Programming/Scripting: bash, python, perl, HTML, PHP
• Monitoring systems: Nagios/CheckMK, Cacti/MRTG, Prometheus/Grafana, Zabbix
• Problem solving skills to identify, assess and come up with creative solution in devising, test and implement the solutions
• Project Management skills to perform and manage project with different requirement and engaging teams from developer, test, support and vendors.
