About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with fluent Chinese speaking skills to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, handling general inquiries such as product information, online orders, and after-sales support via phone call and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information about our product catalog, track and trace, warranty procedures etc.
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve customer issues with online orders, including order status, artwork upload, how to place order etc
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in e-commerce is an bonus
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
